Opinion: Chinese Cars

Around 15 - 20 years back, everyone perceived Korean cars like they do Chinese cars today, that those are cars with bad to average quality with a very low resale value. That only pushed the Koreans to improve the quality of the cars they are offering as the years went by, and today they are key players in the automotive industry around the world, and both Kia and Hyundai are in the top 5 list of local Lebanese dealers. In the recent past, many Chinese companies have been acquiring well established manufacturers with a proven history, while others have been striving to improve the quality of the cars they offer. The Chinese cars differentiate by offering plenty of equipment at a very low price. The question is, will they be able to offer great quality without compromising both specs and and price? Stay tuned with us, we'll test-drive a few soon and give you our verdict.
